Ms Annie Guo

Ms Annie Guo is a highly experienced resource sector senior finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience in mining and resources sector. After graduating from Macquarie University with Honours she was selected as a top performing graduate to join PricewaterhouseCoopers. During her 12 years at PwC, she held senior manager roles in Transaction Services, including Mergers and Acquisitions, with a focus on mining and resources sectors. Annie was instrumental in facilitating many major cross-boarder transactions in Australian mining industry. After her career with PwC Annie established her own investment platform, and during more than 8 years of mining investment through her private platform, she utilised her in-depth knowledge of mineral resources investments, mining project evaluation and transaction structuring, and invested in Australian and international mining and resource projects with more than $500m private equity funds. Annie’s investment platform has made multi-million dollar investments in a number of gold companies (including Zuleika Gold). Annie has been working with industry experts during all her career and has gained substantial technical knowledge of geology, mineralisation and project development. She is an expert in mining project evaluation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets in Australia and internationally, project development and corporate finance. Annie is also an experienced public company executive and, in addition to Zuleika Gold is currently a Non-Executive Director of Azure Minerals Limited (ASX:AZS) and CZR Resources Limited(ASX:CZR).

Mr Alan Willis

Mr Alan Willis is a professional mining and mechanical engineer with more than 40 years of both national and international experience ranges from large scale underground mining operations to small narrow vein mines. He has extensive experience in pre-development studies, infrastructure
engineering, procurement, and construction, peer review, and operations.



Alan commenced as Managing Director of Hardrock Mining Consultants (HMC) in 1997, where he completed various major mine studies and infrastructure projects including the Olympic Dam Expansion. Prior to HMC Alan held senior positions with Western Mining Corporation as Senior Construction Consultant, and Rio Tinto as Senior Mine Planning Engineer at the Broken Hill Operations. More recently, he has been working in a consulting capacity.

Mr Graeme Purcell

Mr Graeme Purcell is a highly regarded geologist who has been part of significant mineral discoveries in Australia and overseas. His national and international experience with major and junior resource companies including Plutonic Resources, Homestake Mining, Barrick Gold and Black Fire Minerals during the past 25 years in mineral exploration and mining,  has seen Mr Purcell gain an enviable reputation in understanding and delivering significant mineral discoveries in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Tanzania and the USA. He has broad experience in a diverse range of mineral systems including gold, base metals and strategic minerals in various geological terranes and jurisdictions which includes a well developed understanding of gold, porphyry, volcanogenic massive sulphides, skarn (W-Cu) and magmatic nickel-copper. Mr Purcell’s experience spans the exploration spectrum from generative and grass-roots through to near mine and in-mine resource development. During the past six years he has been providing geological and commercial consulting services to public and private companies. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geologists (AIG) and Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and qualifies for the role as a Competent Person under the JORC 2012 Code. In addition to Zuleika Gold, Graeme is also a Non-Executive Director of Boadicea Resources Limited (ASX:BOA).

Mr Alexander Neuling

Mr Alex Neuling has an honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds in the UK, is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and has over 20 years corporate and financial experience, including as company secretary, CFO &/or a Director of various ASX listed companies in the Mineral Exploration, Oil & Gas, Biotech and Mining Services sectors. Prior to these roles, Alex worked at Deloitte in London and in Perth.
